VERTICAL HOLD DOWN ACTION TOGGLE CLAMPS
101 SERIES
These SURYA Toggle clamps are Straight Base, with punched holes for mounting. The handle remains vertical while clamping. The locking arm opens 100 degrees for easy loading & Unloading of work piece. Stopper is provided for safety of the operator.
Two different types of Holding bar are available,
- U-Bar: This permits the spindle to locate anywhere along the length of the holding bar.
- Straight Bar: This can be cut and the spindle retainer can be welded at any desired distance or angle.
- UB : Bend base with U bar.
- SB : Bend base with Straight bar.
The extension bar is also available by which clamping is possible at different points.
